I graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1977 and practiced law in Mountain Home and surrounding communities since then. I am a partner in Ashcraft and Miller, PLLC since its formation in 2002.
I’ve served as Deputy Elmore County Prosecutor and Elmore County Public Defender and have handled cases in all levels of Idaho courts including the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court as well as United States District and Bankruptcy Courts.
I’ve served on numerous community boards, including Silver Wings of Idaho, and 20 years as race director for the Air Force Appreciation Fun Run/Walk. I was past chairman and current member of Saint Luke’s Elmore Foundation Board.
My areas of practice are probates and estates, wills and trusts, adoptions, guardianships and conservatorships, real estate, landlord-tenant issues, business matters including formation and structures, Indian Law and contract matters.
