I grew up and attended high school in Mountain Home. I received my undergraduate degree from Boise State University and graduated from the Idaho College of Law in Moscow in 1994. I’ve practiced law in Mountain Home since 1995 and since 2002 has been a partner in the firm of Ashcraft and Miller, PLLC.
Between the years of 2002 and 2017 I was the Prosecutor for the City of Mountain Home and since 1998 I’ve advised the Elmore County Economic Development Department and Planning and Zoning Commission.
My past professional activities include the Idaho Law Review, a Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA) volunteer attorney, the Water Law Section of the Idaho Bar and the Editorial Advisory Board of the Idaho Bar Magazine, The Advocate.
My areas of practice are criminal defense (including DUI, battery, possession of controlled substances, domestic violence and property crimes), family law (including divorce, custody and child support), real property, guardian and conservatorships, employment law and business disputes.
